P3/P4
We have been learning all about odd and even numbers to the nearest ten. The online games help us to practise our learning.
P3/4 enjoyed some yummy treats on Christmas Movie day!
We had a fantastic trip to Peter Pan's with Primary 1 and 2. Plenty of play and a lovely lunch, a perfect pre Christmas treat!
We have been learning all about adjectives. We bought in our favourite toys to show the class and described them using lots of interesting adjectives!
Look at our fabulous snowmen! We enjoy watching ART FOR KIDS HUB on YouTube to create super drawings!
We made Christmas trees with plastic bottles and tinsel! We think they look beautiful!

It was a busy day for P3 and 4 as they drew and painted some wintry snowmen.
P3 & 4 had a great morning at Elfridges where they shopped and purchased gifts for their friends and family. Thank you to the Parent Support Group for organising the event.
We welcomed Amy from Sustrans to our class who talked to us about weather and pollution.
We enjoyed working in teams to stack the cups to show how to help the environment.
We have been learning all about Greater Than and Less Than. We know how to write number sentences using symbols.
-Shared Reading Activity- Some P7 pupils came to read to us, they took turns to choose different books and read them aloud to us. We enjoyed hearing these stories.
We learned all about Remembrance Day, Our artwork made a lovely wall display for our classroom.
Oh Yummy!!! We made Remembrance Day biscuits with icing and chocolate buttons! Delicious!
We had a wonderful visit from THE AMAZING JOURNEY. We tasted some food from Bible times and met lots of different Bible characters. A lovely morning, thank you!
Autumn Fun Week
We created pumpkin art using the glue gun and oil pastels.
Autumn Crafts for Primary 3
We went on a number hunt to find 2 and 3 digit numbers. We then had to partition these into the correct place value column…super work from everyone!
We have been learning about Place Value. We used materials to show tens and units (P3) and hundreds, tens and units (P4).
It was a lovely morning for our noun hunt. P3 enjoyed searching for the hidden noun cards in our wooded area.
Great job!
We finished off our learning about alphabetical order by using the interactive computer software to order letters and play an interactive game on the iPad to order words.

We played ‘Walk About’ to find the two and three digit numbers hidden around the classroom. When we found them we had to write down the number as words. P3 also practised reading numbers as words and wrote them as digits on the interactive board. Well done everyone!
We had our first hockey session of the term with Christine in the lovely September sunshine. We are looking forward to developing our hockey skills.
We have been busy sorting letters into alphabetical order.

We took our learning outdoors again to work on letters before and after in the alphabet. There was plenty of singing going on…a, b, c, d, e, f, g……
We have been learning all about the alphabet and alphabetical order. We enjoyed using computer software to fill in the missing letters.
It was a beautiful day for some outdoor learning. We had use the number cards to put the numbers in order from smallest to largest and largest to smallest. Great job everyone!
There has been lots of hard work going on in P3&4 as we have been learning about the numbers before/after and between up to 100 and 1000.
